What this site knows about you

Close to nothing, and this page says exactly what. No cookies, and nothing you do here is tied to your name.

02

What the site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics product on this site, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded widget. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you did.

There are no cookies. Not “essential only” — none at all, which is also why there is no consent banner to click past. Nothing is written to your browser by this site.

Any server that sends you a file necessarily sees the request that asked for it. Nothing has been added on top of that: no profile, no session, no identifier following you from page to page, and nothing joined to anything else.

03

Email, and what happens to it

The only way this site collects anything about you is if you write to me. What arrives is whatever you chose to put in the message: your address, your name if you signed it, and the problem you described.

It lands in my inbox and stops there. It is not routed into a CRM, not scored, not enriched with anything bought from a data broker, and not shared. There is no funnel behind the address and no sequence waiting on the other side of it — if I am not the right person, that is what the reply says.

The legal basis is straightforward: answering a message you chose to send is a legitimate interest of both of ours, and where the exchange is about a possible engagement it is a step taken at your request before a contract. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful — while the conversation is live, and while there is an engagement or a live reason to remember it — and deleted when it is not. Ask for it deleted sooner and it is deleted sooner.

Who is responsible

One person, reachable directly. There is no agency behind this site and no processor holding a copy of anything.

Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it corrected or deleted, or object to my keeping it. For this site the answer to the first question is almost always “an email you sent me”. Ask by email and you get a straight answer rather than a form, and normally the same week. If you think something has been handled badly and I have not put it right, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.

This page covers this website. Work done inside a client’s own systems is governed by the agreement with that client and described by that client’s own privacy notice — I am not the controller there, and this page does not speak for it.

If the timing fits, email me directly. There is no funnel behind it, and the reply comes from me.
